Support: How to Update VizRT License

  • Click on the Downloads link on the right and download the vizRT Licenses file

  • Open up the excel file and find your Dongle ID

  • Let's first update the vizRT license on the engine side

  • Switch to the engine and open up viz!engine from the desktop shortcut

  • Click on the icon at  the top right hand corner

  • Find the Dongle ID for your bullet in the excel file

  • Make sure the Dongle ID matches up with the Dongle ID reported in the message box.

  • If the Dongle ID doesn't match, search for your Dongle ID in the excel file and use the corresponding serial number

  • Enter the serial number (all upper case) in the text box labeled License and hit enter

  • Your vizRT license for the engine should now be updated

  • Now let's update the vizRT license on the trio side

  • Switch to the trio and open up viz!engine by going to Start > Programs > vizrt > viz > viz!engine 2.8

  • Find the serial number for your bullet in the excel file

  • Make sure the Dongle ID matches up with the Dongle ID reported in the message box.

  • If the Dongle ID doesn't match search for your Dongle ID  in the excel file and use the corresponding serial number

  • Enter the serial number (all upper case) in the text box labeled License and hit enter

  • Your vizRT license should now be fully updated
